Step 1 - Open your Winner's Notification email
When the auction closes, each item that you won will have its own email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your Inbox. That email will show the winning bid amount and the Buyer's Premium. It will not show the tax calculation. That is done during checkout.
Click on the PAY NOW button at the bottom of the email.
This will open a link in your preferred browser. You may need to enter your password again.
Step 2 - Open the Order-Pay page on the site
You can get to this page from the Winner's Notification email or by hovering your cursor over the MY ACCOUNT menu button, then selecting ORDERS. This page will list all your items. Click on the PAY button to take you to the Checkout page for that item.
Each item won needs to be paid for individually.
Step 3 - Three Options to Pay
Now that you have found the Checkout page, there are three options to pay. Select one of the radio buttons. Each will open with additional details.
- Cash on Pickup
- Credit Card
- PayPal
Please remember that this does not include any shipping or delivery fees. This is only for the item. You will receive another email from us to coordinate your pickup date and time, or combined shipping fee, if you requested us to help mail you small items that you won.
Click on the box that you have 'read and agree' to the Terms and Conditions, then click on the PAY FOR ORDER button to finalize your transaction. Thank you.
